Almond Oil is a popular professional massage oil. This super light oil helps the hands glide across the skin and has the ideal speed of absorption for performing massage. How to Use:
Massage: Sweet Almond Oil is perfect to use on its own or can be combined with essential oils to make a massage blend. Try this warming, spice blend for an uplifting, soothing massage: 2 drops of Cinnamon Bark, 15 drops of Orange Sweet and 2 drops of Clove per 100ml of carrier oil. (20 drops = 1ml essential oil.)
Skincare: Almond Oil can be used an effective facial cleanser and make up remover. Its light texture dissolves dirt and make up, leaving your skin clean, soft and moisturised.
Haircare: Helps nourish and condition the hair. Combine Almond Oil with Coconut Oil for a deeply hydrating hair mask. Massage into your hair and scalp, leave for an hour then wash as normal. Top Tip – apply shampoo to dry hair and begin to lather before adding water. This will begin to emulsify the oil, helping it rinse out easier.
